NYX Perform Live at VOID

Live performance by NYX within the multi-sensory spatial installation, VOID.

VOID is a multi-sensory spatial installation at Collins Music Hall, Islington, as part of London Design Festival 2019. Created by Designer Dan Tobin Smith and creative studio The Experience Machine, in partnership with Gemfields.

As part of the 10 day installation scored by NYX, the female electronic drone choir will give two live performances within the space.

An experiential exploration of ambient, noise & electronic music, NYX makes ambient and ecstatic sonic landscapes, punctuated with acoustic glitching, polyphonic overtone and electric textures. NYX test the limits of organic and synthetic modulation to explore the entire spectrum of collective female voice as an instrument.

Event information:

The duration of NYX's performance is 30 minutes.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the performance. Security checks will be in operation and ticketholders are therefore advised to arrive at the venue when doors open. Large bags are not permitted in the auditorium and will need to be checked in to the cloakroom.

Collins Music Hall is a unique concrete underground theatre beneath Islington Green.

Please note that this event is not suitable for children under 10 and under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

The venue is not wheelchair accessible.
