The College of Science and Engineering invites you to the Ocean Day
Date: 25 March 2026 Time: 10:30 - 15:30
Venue: Rowan Teaching Studio, Nucleus, Kings Buildings (Posters and lunch at Alder Lecture Theatre)
· Join the networking lunch with the Ocean Community - GeoSciences, Biosciences, Engineering, Veterinary studies, Mathematics, Physics and Informatics.
· Learn about the opportunities to engage with The Marine Alliance for Science and Technology for Scotland (MASTS) that unites 18 partner organisations – 12 universities, 5 governmental bodies, and a charity.
· Listen to talks on major ocean-related research facilities at the University, such as the Flo Wave Ocean Energy Research facility, the Aquaculture husbandry culturing facility and Edinburgh Centre for Robotics
· Learn about exciting new research projects, knowledge exchange and community outreach initiatives.
