TheLiving Seas Events CentreisYorkshire Wildlife Trust's meeting hub for our marine inspired events and the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed, scenic walk around South Landing local nature reserve.The Living Seas Events Centre is currently closed to drop-in visitors. We are hosting pre-booked events from the Centre and continuing to provide inspiring activities and experiences, and share the wonders of our amazing North Sea coast and wildlife.

Join us for a drop-in session designed for budding marine biologists. Each of our Ocean Explorers sessions will have a different theme, including Waves of Waste, Fantastic Fossils, and Powerhouse Plankton! Perfect for families, no booking required. Please note, children must be accompanied by an adult.

It's the perfect starting point for a relaxed, scenic walk around South Landing followed by lunch or a sweet treat at our neighbouring cafe Scrumdiddlyumptious-by-the-Sea.What to bring/wearThis event takes place indoors so wear whatever you're comfortable in.Toilets and cateringThere are toilets at the Living Seas Centre and a neighbouring cafe, Scrumdiddlyumptious-by-the-Sea, open Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 3pm.Covid-19 secureIf you have tested positive or think you may have Covid-19 we ask you to stay at home.
