<h1>O﻿CR Racers Class</h1><h3>Get your OCR Fix with this all round Fitness, Strength and Technical OCR session!</h3><p></p><p>We are excited to offer this new class on a Sunday morning. This is perfect for anyone taking part in regular OCR who wants to improve their performances. </p><p>This session is open to a range of abilities as we will split you into groups during the session so that you are with people of a similar standard. Previous obstacle experience is required though. </p><p>W﻿e will start with a functional group warm up before moving onto a few basic movement patterns to help get you ready for the session. You will then break away into groups with people of a similar ability. From here you will take on the set programme before rotating round to the next programme. </p><p>T﻿he sessions/programmes will be different from week to week and will include a wide range of obstacles, strength and fitness exercises to help get you ready for your upcoming races. </p><p>P﻿lease note that this is not a technical session, but we will be happy to offer advice after the session when possible. </p><p>D﻿ue to other commitments, we will not be able to put this class on every week so please keep up to date via our facebook page/this booking page to see when the class is on. </p><p>T﻿he session will run 08:30-10:00 unless otherwise stated (Some classes start at 09:30). </p><p>£﻿12 per session (£8 Juniors - 5 Spaces per session). </p><p>W﻿e have a large Country Park opposite us and this will be a perfect way to bulk up your training.
