Off-cut Tortoise Workshop at the REMADE Studio

RÆBURN is an award-winning British fashion label, established by Christopher Raeburn in 2009, with its multidisciplinary studio the RÆBURN Lab in the heart of East London. Their RÆMADE ethos in particular has pioneered the reworking of surplus fabrics and artefacts into distinctive and functional garments and accessories. This unusual balance of high concept, accessibility, and collaboration has brought responsible design to a mainstream fashion audience, presenting a new definition of luxury with integrity.

Off-cut Tortoise Workshop
Saturday 27th May, 11am-6pm
After a very successful Easter rabbit off-cut animal workshop, we’re proud to announce our next workshop focusing on another of our most iconic of animals: the tortoise!
You’ll be choosing your own fabric combinations and working alongside Christopher and his talented team to make your very own unique tortoise to take home at the end of the day. You will leave with an off-cut tortoise personally made by you and access to a fountain of knowledge by Christopher and the team.
Come and develop your creative skills through this hands-on experience. 
10% of each ticket sold will be donated to WWF (www.wwf.org.uk).
Important Notes:
- Spaces limited to 12 participants
- Must have basic knowledge and understanding of domestic sewing machines
- Children welcome when accompanied by sewing-savvy adults
- Light snacks, hot and cold drinks provided. Feel free to bring lunch along if you think you'll be more peckish.
