<h2>Off-Road Training Session</h2><p><br></p><p>Weekly off-road training session for riders in the U14/U16, Junior and Adult age categories. Building fitness and confidence on the local park under floodlights</p><p>Please note this is not a coached session, but a training session. You can work with your own session workout or follow a workout directed from our coaches. They will also be on hand to answer any training or technical skills questions.</p>
