Official Book-Launch Party for GWATF

Welcome to the Official Book-Launch Party for GIRL WITH A THOUSAND FACES! Join us at The Backroom, Call Lane, Leeds to celebrate the release of Sunyi's new book.

BASICS

Arrive anytime from 5.30 onwards! This will be an informal, laid-back event: no sit-down interview with microphones and questions. Apart from a quick chat from Sunyi (about 10-15 minutes) and a raffle draw at the end, you are free to mingle, nibble, and put your feet up.

Books are available for purchase throughout the event, including some unique Special Editions with exclusive Launch Party dust jackets! Every book bought gets you a raffle ticket for the draw. If you prefer to preorder and secure a copy, you can do this through the ticketing system.

Please note: pre-ordered books must be paid on collection. This means you avoid the Eventbrite charge fees! Contactless is available.

NB: Books are NOT mandatory to buy--your mere attendance is more than enough!

DETAILS

• FOOD: We will provide some light food (courtesy of Harper Voyager) and a big cake. GF/Ve options available.
• DRINK: There will be a cash bar available for attendees.
• ATTIRE: Red or Black colours--symbolising vengence, death, and water (optional!)
• BOOKS: Normal and special editions are available, alongside a unique "Launch Party" dust jacket exclusive to the event!
• RAFFLE: 5 prizes, all themed to the event.

AFTERPARTY:

Join us for the Afterparty in the room next door! This will run from 7pm-11pm and feature live music + free pizza. Friends, colleagues, and plus ones welcome! Click this link for futher details of the Afterparty.
