The OFN UK team's first ever community gathering: join us to celebrate success, share knowledge and help shape our future!

Birmingham Friends of the Earth

The OFN UK team is organising our first ever community gathering. We know that our amazing community have such brilliant experiences building some of the best projects working for food sovereignty in the country. Thus we want to bring our community together to celebrate this!
The day will consist of training, workshops and conversations including:
<ul><li>Presentations from some of the most successful OFN enterprises. 
</li><li>Connecting and sharing with like minded food enterprises across the UK
</li><li>Workshops and training on marketing, growing customers and more!
</li><li>Movement building with partners and allies including the LWA, universities.

</li></ul><h3>Why Now? New Funding!
</h3>OFN UK has just been awarded £377k over 4 years from the Big Lottery Community Fund Digital Stream. To spend this funding to deliver the maximum benefit to existing OFN users and to future ones is our highest priority. One of the goals of this gathering is to better understand how you feel this funding would be best spent to ensure OFN can thrive into the future.
<h3>What are the Details?
</h3><ul><li>Location: A central location in the centre of Birmingham (about 10-15 min walk from New Street Station): Friends of the Earth, The Warehouse, 54-57 Allison Street, Birmingham, B5 5TH . </li><li>Date: Wednesday March 4th 10 am coffee for a prompt 10.30 am start. 
</li><li>Price: £10 contribution for lunch/refreshments. 
</li><li>Food: a Tasty lunch, drinks and snacks will be provided.</li></ul>Looking forward to seeing you then,
