We are excited to announce our first event as part of the Ohana wellbeing programme.

We are hosting as sound bath and CBD education event at the beautiful Life Space Healing event space in Notting Hill. Life Space Healing curates and hosts events, workshops and talks in the field of healing to expand and support the mind, body and spirit.

This session will be led by the renowned Yoga teacher and Sound Therapist Francesca Secolonovo.

Francesca has gone through her own journey of self-healing with the help of Meditation, Yoga and Sound. She was blown away from experiencing first hand the huge benefits each of these practises provided. The space they created for awareness, healing, expansion and growth by re-connecting to self and creating a deeper sense of self awareness.

Based on many stress factors in life our vibrational frequency can become effected, altered or stagnated and the different vibrations and frequencies of sound help to harmonise our bodies back to our natural state, even promoting self healing.

Sound helps to calm the mind inducing an extremely deep meditative and relaxing state activating our parasympathetic nervous system while also working energetically to unblock any energy channels to allow the body to work to its optimum state.

The beauty of sound healing is that it requires nothing from you. Only your ability to simply let go and open yourselves up to the experience.
