Come and join us for an evening with the wonderful Whiffeldy Ceilidh Band from Herefordshire!
Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Teme Valley, our beloved Ceilidh Night returns to the heart of our farm and cider mill at Oldfields!
Rooted in rich tradition dating back to the 19th century, Ceilidhs—from the Gaelic word for "gathering" or "party"—celebrate community, music, and joyful dancing. Today, they’re a lively fusion of Scottish, Irish, and English folk music, bringing people together for a night of toe-tapping fun.
A Ceilidh dance is all about fun, not footwork. A Caller will talk you through the dance before you begin and there’s always a helpful soul on the dance floor who’ll point you in the right direction. The beauty of a Ceilidh is that everyone can take part, young or old, experienced dancers, beginners and even those with two left feet. No experience is necessary!
Come and join us for a magical evening of music, laughter, and dancing, surrounded by great company and the natural charm of the Teme Valley. Swing, jig, and laugh the night away!
