Ever wondered what it’s like to be coached by a true professional?

Then join us for the ultimate coaching session as we welcome Andrew Hobdell, one of the most successful athletics coaches in the UK, into our community. Andy has successfully coached many elite athletes in the lead up to the last 3 Olympics, including parkrun world record holder and Olympic finalist Andy Baddeley.

We’re hosting this event in collaboration with Swiss premium apparel and shoe brand On Running to celebrate the launch of their newest lightweight training and racing shoe, CloudFlow, which you will be able to demo during the event.

This session will take place at St. Mary’s Athletics Track in Twickenham, TW1 4SX on Saturday, 7th December at 1pm and will last for about 2 hours.

Tickets are £5 and include your entry to the event, as well as Maurten sports nutrition to keep you fuelled for the session. Using hydrogel technology and only a handful of key ingredients, you can fuel yourself to optimum levels without any unwanted side-effects.
