Landing on the last Friday of each month, Once upon a mic is a real treat for the bohemian partisans of peace, truth, beauty, freedom, and love, delivered joyfully, taking form in poetry, comedy, music, magic and more! Set in the inviting candlelit quarter, upstairs at The Castle on London's Commercial road this night will leave you feeling inspired and energised from the hustle and bustle, stresses and strains at the end of each long month. An eclectic mix of talented artists on show is always guaranteed but a free seat usually isn't so it's advisable to arrive early to grab yourself a chair or sofa for those less inclined to stand or even dance! Once Upon A Mic is an unmissable night, a great occasion for creative people to meet, collaborate and co-create, open to anyone wishing to sit back, relax and be inspired. So bring your friends and family, and write the story of Once upon a mic with us!!We cannot wait to see you all there!!!
