Bright Young Minds is a registered charity supporting at-risk children, young people, and families—especially from Black and BAME communities—facing challenges like crime, truancy, addiction, homelessness, and poverty.We offer holiday clubs, after-school activities, food support, gardening, music, digital literacy, sports, mentoring, and wellness programmes, plus vocational courses and anti-social behaviour interventions.Our annual community park event provides a “low cost, no cost” fun day out for families. Beneficiaries help shape our work and are supported by a skilled team with lived experience.

Our festivals are packed with fun and excitement for the whole family! From main stage entertainment and interactive activities to Smile All Stars sports events, the Teddy Bears’ Picnic, circus skills, super science, story corner, and so much more — there’s something for everyone.

By encouraging all ages to get involved, we create a relaxed, joyful atmosphere where parents often rediscover their playful side. It’s all about making magical memories that children and adults will treasure together.
