One to one feeding support

Come and have a cuppa and a chat with one of our breastfeeding counsellors, ask anything feeding related. We can help with breastfeeding, infant feeding, starting solids, weaning and sleep for all ages and stages.

We offer a one hour one-to-one session where you can chat through and get support for any feeding queries.

Meet at our Early Nourishment Centre in Barnstaple, older children/toddlers welcome along as we have plenty of toys to keep them occupied!
