Ubiqisense offers a solution with proprietary occupancy sensors, a direct integration with Building Management Systems (BMS), and a cloud-based analytics platform that allows for organizations to save energy in real time, optimise space utilisation and create a better user experience.

The BMS interface of the solution allows for using live occupancy data of any space to reduce the energy in particular for lighting and ventilation as well as heating and cooling.
