Coronavirus is a different kind of war, but equally a threat to humanity, and our way of life. We must embrace this evolution and cultivate a brand new world, the age of creation and community.Managing your mind for a four-year stint 2020-2024, of upheaval, loss, uncertainty, community, possibility, peace and joy might happen naturally, but don’t leave it to chance!Denise Holland of Class Performance – Excellence Within offers a unique introductory series into transformative coaching to ensure that you experience high levels of productivity and creativity during this challenging time.Participants are expected to attend all six sessions.

Denise will help you to: •	Navigate times of uncertainty and challenge with clarity and ease, unafraid of temporary feelings, connected to your innate resilience.
•	Overcome fear and insecurity not knowing what the future holds, learn to be more present and open to your inner creativity.
•	Be comfortable being happy, laughing and having fun, even when other’s are unable to find theirs!
•	Beat the stress, find your natural joy, and curiosity for life, beyond believing how you think things should be!
•	Banish conflict, and unnecessary hurt, remain calm, evolve this unique time with grace and ease.
•	Stop blaming others or circumstances for the way you feel, take responsibility for your own psychology.
•	Dissolve old beliefs you have about yourself, seize this opportunity to be open to fresh new ideas to live and perform well.
•	Stop arguing with your significant others; you don’t have to prove yourself or be right, as an amazing human being you are always OK!
