Taster Session | Introductory Workshop | Course | Nurturing Continued Practice

This free 30 minute taster briefly introduces mindfulness and our forthcoming weekly ‘Pause Power’ sessions.
It is ideal if you are
- new to mindfulness
- unsure whether or not you would like to commit to the weekly Pause Power sessions.
- apprehensive about using zoom
- someone who would like the opportunity to meet us before jumping in 😊
We will
- pause!
- look at some of the challenges of being in the present moment
- highlight some of the misconceptions about what it means to practice mindfulness meditation
- give an overview of the weekly ‘Pause Power’ sessions
- offer space at the end if you have any individual questions.

The Facilitator
The facilitator for these sessions is Sally Roberts. Prior to chronic illness and learning to meditate in 2008 Sally didn’t have a pause button! Since training to teach mindfulness in 2012 Sally has had the privilege of sharing many journeys into mindfulness teaching both public and workplace courses and continues to be inspired by the transformational impact these can have at both a personal and professional level.
