The Fun Fed is a London based playful events company who since 2005 has created opportunities for people to shake off the day.We do that by running uplifting and unusual music, dance and games sessions every week that act as an antidote to the seriousness of everyday London life. Wholesome escapism is what we call it.Old school playground games are The Fun Fed's trademark sessions. But stopping at Games would be boring right? So whether it’s Djembe Drumming, BellyBolly or perhaps Soul Singing, you’ll be sure to find some pretty inventive ways to be entertained and uplifted with us.At The Fun Fed we pride ourselves on our network of friendly facilitators, ones who’ve mastered their crafts and love working with people.We’ve worked with big venues such as the Southbank Centre on a young peoples’ rightsfestivaland with small organisations such as St Paul’s Cancer on staff wellbeing sessions. You can find us onRadio 4talking about the positive impact of our work and also at International festivals likeCounterplayrunning interactive Play & Authenticity sessions. In a way you could say we’re serious about play.The Fun Fed believes that through playfulness and discovery we can lead happier, more fulfilling lives. This Thursday evening we’re delighted to announce Maria Brosnan will be holding a Playful Wellbeing Workshop at Antidote London.

Get ready to resource yourself! In this workshop we’ll explore the basics of wellbeing Antidote style. Maria will look at 5 key actions we can take to help balance our ‘wellbeing seesaw’.We’ll play games and activities together, so plan to…1. Connect2. Be active3. Take notice4. Keep learning5. GiveMaria is a Wellbeing, Leadership and Business Growth coach, mentor and facilitator and a long term member of the Antidote community. She’s worked with Senior Leaders in schools and businesses to help them develop their team and/or manage their wellbeing. For over 15 years she was MD and co-founder of two educational companies, creating award-winning resources The Story Spinner and Striver and training for schools.Important details:- Have paper and pens ready.- Make sure you’re comfy and have a drink to stay hydrated.- Familiarise yourself with Zoom. - Sign in at 7.15pm.- The workshop starts at 7.30pm.
