Do I need prior knowledge of Transactional Analysis?

No. This 1-hour session is beginner-friendly. We introduce the key ideas step by step, with simple examples, so you can follow even if you are new to psychology or psychotherapy.

What can I realistically gain in only one hour?

You will leave with a clear snapshot of TA (ego states and patterns), a depth-oriented way of listening, and at least one practical reflective exercise you can use immediately.

What makes this “Depth TA”?

Accepted Answer

We teach TA foundations, and include what is often left out: unconscious loyalties, symbolic meaning, and what is felt but unspoken in relationships. Clear, grounded, and professionally framed.

Is this a TA101, and does it count towards certification?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a short introduction, not a TA101. If you want the internationally recognised TA101, we run that separately, and can advise on progression and training routes.

Career changers exploring counselling or psychotherapy, trainees and practitioners wanting more depth, and anyone seeking clarity about human behaviour, repeating patterns, and relational dynamics.

Will there be experiential or creative elements?

Yes, lightly. We include a brief reflective practice, and may introduce a simple embodied or imagery-based prompt to help the material land without making it feel “performative.”
