Are you missing those random connections and conversations you used to have at parties or in a coffee break at work? With so much of our time being spent online, our conversations tend to be more formal and we miss the chance to make relaxed connections with other people.During this fun seasonal ConsciousCafe event we will explore what helps us to make good connections with others and then go into break-out groups to meet some new people and answer some light-hearted questions together that will help us to have a deeper connection with ourselves and with others. This event will be facilitated by Cora Kemball-Cook, who has been running the Canterbury ConsciousCafe for nearly 4 years as well as numerous other groups for yoga and meditation as well professional support groups. She has an MSc in Human communications and is a qualified yoga teacher and teacher trainer.Please note that this event will not be recorded.
