Onpartu discussion panel: How to win employers over?
Event Information
Description
There is more competition in global markets that means organisations need to change to survive and compete. Technology is helping to respond to a more agile, diverse and remote workforce that's often not only across different cities but different time zones too.
To support this shift, demand for project coordinators and project managers is expected to rise in the next decade, but companies already struggle to fill these roles well across almost all industries and functions, from admin to HR, marketing, IT and finance.
Join us and the leading women, migrants and employers who work across these diverse industries not only to learn how they gained and mastered their project management skill, but also what they look for when hiring project coordinators or project managers.
On the day, we'll also explore how a 'task' does not necessarily have to be called a 'project' for project management methods to be very useful in its planning and implementation. Even more, we will find out that project management skills aren't only very useful professionally, but also personally...such as when moving house, or planning a wedding … but shhhh... these are the secrets that our speakers will reveal only to our audience in an intimate setting!
