Nicholsons Chartered Accountants is introducing Aspectum, a development programme to nurture the next generation of Non-Executive Directors (NEDs).

NEDs focus on long-term strategy, risk management, performance monitoring and ensuring high ethical standards. They bring external expertise and experience from other industries to board discussions, helping organisations navigate complex challenges and growth phases.

Aspectum is a coaching-led, experiential development programme built on the belief that excellent non-executive directors are developed through reflection, coaching and experience. Whilst knowledge and a clear understanding of statutory duties are essential, judgement, behaviour and influence are decisive at board level.
