MECC - Making Every Contact Count is for everyone who comes into contact with people and has an opportunity to support them to improve their health and wellbeing. But telling people what to do is not the most effective way to help them change. Making Every Contact Count is about altering how we interact with people through having Healthy Conversations and learning how to spot opportunities to talk to people about their wellbeing.

This will be a half day course for level 1 MECC via Zoom, with a 1 hour Pre-recorded video to watch in the days prior to joining a 2 hour live training session.
