Hear what we learned from coaching educators in 2019 and 2020.

As parents, educators and coaches, we share our perspectives on:

• When, How, Where does this happen?
• What are the benefits for all concerned?

After the discussion, if we have time, you will hear and can ask questions about (amongst others):

• How C4E reaches out to educators, and who is included in our offer
• What happens when we reach out to coaches and ask them to coach for free
• What happens during the first conversation between the coach and educator
• What educators say about being coached by us.

C4E is a collaborative network of people whose aim is to bring coaching ideas into the world of education.

• We collaborate across countries. We connect coaches, change leaders, school administrators, headteachers, subject teachers, counsellors and class teachers.
• We aim to demonstrate the breadth, depth and effectiveness of coaching for personal and professional development.
• We believe that successful educators integrate a coaching approach as a natural part of motivating their students towards successful, meaningful and fulfilling lives.
• We continue to support educators as they develop their coaching skills and increasingly apply them in coaching conversations with colleagues, students and parents... and with themselves.
