We run a range of regular and one-off events. Our groups aim to recognise the complexities of what it means to be both LGBTQIA+ and have South Asian heritage. We take an intersectional approach and we recognise that having South Asian heritage means different things to different people.O﻿ur groups are warm, supportive and people of all or no faith are welcome.

The Open Minds Project The Open Minds Project is a small volunteer-run organisation that creates spaces for LGBTQ+ people with Punjabi or South Asian heritage. These spaces are a place for us LGBTQ+ folk to share our experiences with each other and to build up our resilience against the challenges that we can face. This Month's Meeting This month we're going to talk about your experiences of 'looking for love'. What's it like dating and what have been your successes and your fails? We recognise that not everyone is dating or interested in having an intimate relationship with someone - that's ok, you're still welcome to come along and join in the conversation!Who Is This Event For? Lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or queer+ people with Punjabi or South Asian heritage. The group welcomes people from all faith backgrounds or no faith background too. The event is in English. What To Expect? The event is facilitated and usually starts with some introductions and some small group work. We then have a bigger group discussion. You're welcome to spend more time listening than speaking and you are not expected to tell us about your sexuality or gender unless you want to.
