Joint with BCS Fortran SG and BCS Manchester Branch

At this evening meeting in Manchester, we'll be welcoming three
experts in open source Fortran. 

We will have three talks:

- - A Tour of the Flang Fortran Compiler. Kiran Chandramohn, Arm
- - gfortran - the gnu gcc fortran compiler. Paul Thomas, Glyme Consultancy Limited
- - Open Source Fortran Applications in HPC. Speaker TBC.
