Do I need dance experience to attend?

No dance experience required. Everyone is welcome!

Question 2

Will I be expected to take part in any movement or speaking?

Accepted Answer

Not at all, it is completely up to you whether you observe or participate, everyone is welcome!

Question 3

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

You can wear whatever you like but if you think you want to participate then comfortable clothing might be useful. Please note that we will ask you to remove your shoes upon entering the studio, this is to help protect the floor.

Question 4

I can’t be there for the whole session, is that ok?

Accepted Answer

In order to create an open and trusting environment in the space we ask that everyone arrives on time and stays for the entirety of the session.
