Opening Up Research

A series of open research events throughout the academic year, open to all University of Manchester staff, postgraduate researchers, and early career researchers, aimed at promoting and facilitating open research initiatives within the academic community.

Building trust through transparent research methodsTrust is fundamental to research—shaping public engagement, influencing policy, and securing funding. Confidence in research affects everything from participation in clinical trials and climate action to the use of economic and social research in decision-making.
