<P><SPAN>Voting on elections and resolutions is limited to members. The AGM may be opened to non-members, dependent on a vote by members present.</SPAN></P>

<P>Voting on elections and resolutions is limited to members. The AGM may be opened to non-members, dependent on a vote by members present. A full agenda, including instructions for proxy voting, was e-mailed to members on the 2nd April.</P>
<H2><BR><BR>After the AGM</H2>
<P><BR CLASS="Apple-interchange-newline"><SPAN>This will be a great chance to meet other mappers from around the country, or to see them again. The AGM will be followed by "Joy Diversion", a public event in collaboration with Open Data Manchester. After 5pm people will likely find somewhere to enjoy some drinks together.</SPAN></P>
