A prize-winning organist, James Orford recently took up the prestigious post of Organist at St Paul’s Cathedral, London, following years of distinguished work as a soloist, accompanist, continuo player, repetiteur, and teacher. James maintains a busy performing schedule across the UK and internationally, with appearances at renowned venues including Roskilde Cathedral (Denmark), Sint Niklaaskerk (Ghent), and Chiesa dell'Annunziata (Todi, Italy).

His debut solo album, featuring his own complete organ transcription of Vivaldi’s L’estro Armonico alongside Bach transcriptions (BWV 593 & 596), was met with critical acclaim and featured on Apple Music’s Classical A-List.
