F﻿ather Jacob Siemens is the rector of St Theodore and St Teilo Orthodox Church in Cardiff, Wales. He is a scholar in the field of Eastern theology, with two books and numerous academic articles to his name. He also serves as Orthodox Chaplain at Cardiff University and directs theOrthodox Exchange: a repository of trustworthy resources for understanding the Orthodox Christian Faith.For his parish, and for anyone else who may be interested, he offers an online catechism and other learning opportunities in the Orthodox Christian tradition. All of these are made available on Eventbrite.

A place for the curious to learn more about Orthodox Christianity

<p>T﻿his 10-session online catechism is designed to address the needs of people preparing for reception into the Orthodox Church, those who are already Orthodox and just want to refresh their understanding of some key facets of the Faith, as well as the merely curious.</p><p>A﻿ certificate of completion will be issued to those who attend all ten sessions, and require proof oif participation for their parish priest in advance of baptism/chrismation.</p>
