Following the success of last year’s women-only session, Overcoming the Past – Part 2 opens the conversation to both Muslim men and women, creating a shared space to deepen understanding, reflection, and healing around generational trauma.


This event goes beyond definitions. Through real-life scenarios, anonymised case studies, and practical insights, our panel of experienced speakers will explore how generational trauma shows up in our mental health, relationships, spirituality, and everyday lives — and how we can begin to address it together.
