Overnight Gong Puja

Overnight Gong Puja

Overview

A Deep Sound Immersion for Rest, Reset and Renewal

You are warmly invited to a full overnight Gong Puja with Shon Ross (Inneflow), Lalita (Beingful-Yoga) Kerry Wright (Connect_to_nature and Fanita Bah (Wight Feather) in a idyllic 13th - century church, steeped in history and quiet reverence

Gong Pujas are an overnight sound immersion, where participants rest comfortably, while gongs are played gently throughout the night. The sound works on a subconsious level as you are held in a continous wave of gong frequencies as well as other sacred sound. This is a deeply nurturing experience that goes far beyond a standard sound bath and is designed to guide you into profound rest, healing and transformation.

We will start our evening with light movement and breath work before settling into our spaces and will end with gentle yoga to bring us back at Sunrise.
