TICKET SALES END AT 12:00 AM ON FRIDAY, 13 SEPTEMBER. WALK-IN REGISTRATIONS ARE WELCOME.The much-anticipated OxTrail Auction marks the grand finale of our event. The life-sized ox sculptures, along with select mini oxen, will be auctioned off in a spectacular bidding event before finding their forever homes. The auction will be hosted by celebrity auctioneer Thomas Forrester, renowned for his work on BBC’s ‘Bargain Hunt’ and ‘Antiques Road Trip.’ After entertaining thousands across Oxfordshire for eight weeks, many of the ox sculptures are now looking for new homes. Your bids, whether online or in-person, will raise vital funds for Sobell House Hospice, enabling us to continue supporting families in Oxfordshire with the care, comfort and compassion they need when facing life-limiting illnesses. The online catalogue is now live, featuring over 40 lots available for auction. Along with your event ticket, you will receive a brochure to help you choose your favourites. All sculptures have been beautifully designed and painted by local and regional artists, and the trail has been made possible by the generous sponsorship of local businesses. Supporting Sobell House HospiceOxTrail is raising essential funds for Sobell House Hospice. The need for end-of-life care in England is expected to increase by 55% by 2030. Consequently, the demand for hospice care will grow similarly. Assuming NHS funding does not rise accordingly, we anticipate needing to double our annual fundraising by 2030 to provide services to all in need within Oxfordshire. Sculptures will be released once payment has been received and cleared.If the buyer would like to arrange collection themselves, the buyer will informed of the collection address and specific collection dates upon purchase.
