Over a year ago, Bryony Deery, Pilates extraordinaire and close friend of the club, pioneered our Padel & Pilates series.
By popular demand, we’re bringing it back as a regular series throughout spring and summer.
Start with 60 minutes of fast-paced padel. Then, reset your body with 60 minutes of Pilates that stretches, strengthens, and restores. Designed for all levels, it’s the perfect balance of movement, recovery, and community.
