Pain Café, a friendly and supportive drop-in group for anyone living with persistent pain.

The aim is to provide a supportive and informative environment where individuals living with chronic pain can connect, share experiences, and access resources that promote self-management and overall well-being. We wil be covering topics related to pain management, mental health, lifestyle adjustments, and coping strategies.

The Pain Cafe is for any patient registered with one of the surgeries supported by Arc Bucks Primary Care Network- Bourne End & Wooburn Green Medical Centre, Millbarn Medical Centre, Simpson Centre and Penn Surgery, Cherrymead Surgery, Highfield Surgery, Marlow Medical Group
