Pain Free Performance Workshop (EDA)
This workshop will cover how injuries happen, a full body mobility assessment as well as strength assessments key to functional training
We will have lectures covering how injuries happen, troubleshooting your pain and performance issues and how to train around your pain.
The movement assessment leads you through a full body flexibility and mobility screening with references to how you can modify movements most effectively to stay pain free
And the strength testing gives an insight into strong/weak areas in your body that could be causing you pain, injury or loss of performance!
