Start with a 45-minute Reformer Pilates class, designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energise your body. Then, tap into your creativity with a mug painting session, where you can design your own ceramic mug while sipping on a glass of prosecco or a non-alcoholic refreshment.

No experience in pilates or painting is needed—just bring yourself and a little creativity!
