Paisley Lino Printing Workshop (Ages 14+) for GCSE, A-level and College students!

Join this hands-on lino printing workshop exploring the rich history and visual language of the paisley design. We’ll begin with an introduction to the origins of paisley, from its global roots to its cultural significance, using historic and contemporary examples as inspiration.

Participants will then design and create their own unique paisley motif. You’ll be guided step by step through the process: sketching your design, transferring it onto lino, learning safe cutting techniques, and printing your finished design onto paper.

No prior printmaking experience is needed, this workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those with some creative experience.

All prints made during the session can be taken home, and selected works will also feature in an upcoming exhibition.
