Step inside sound at Delapré Abbey, where music surrounds, shifts and carries you through an immersive live experience.
PANGEA — An Immersive Sound Experience
There are moments where music is no longer something we listen to, but something we enter.
PANGEA invites you into such a space — one shaped by the simple yet profound idea that the earth is but one country, and mankind its citizens. A quiet remembering of unity, peace, and the interconnectedness that exists beneath the surface of the modern world.
Set within the historically rich surroundings of Delapré Abbey, musicians gather at the centre, with the audience seated in the round. Sound travels in every direction — not from a stage, but through the space, through the body, and through the shared field of presence created together.
A rich interplay of violin, voice, gongs, percussion and ancestral instruments unfolds intuitively. Inspired in part by the spirit of John Lennon and the unifying principles of the Bahá’í Faith, the music is guided by deep listening, spontaneity, and a collective awareness that softens the boundaries between performer and listener.
Melodies emerge, dissolve, and reform — carrying both musicians and audience into places unknown, even to those creating the sound. Time softens. Silence deepens. The room breathes as one.
As one attendee described:
“The music took me on a huge inward journey… I felt all the love I’ve ever been shown in my entire life.”
This is not simply a concert to observe, but a space to rest, to feel, and to reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with something deeper that quietly exists beneath the noise.
Join us for an evening where sound becomes a shared language, where differences fall away, and where — even if only for a moment — we return to a sense of oneness.
