Once you buy a ticket it is non refundable or transferable.

All proceeds from your ticket purchase go to our chosen charity " children with cancer UK" after eventbrite costs.

Upon arrival you will recieve one free raffle ticket per person for our raffle.

Refreshments will be available from the bistro and bar area for you to buy.

You can stay overnight at a cost to you (please contact the hotel to book a room).

Free parking, no children under 16 , smoking and vaping only outside in the designated area.

Wheelchair access is available at the back of the room, ask one of the staff if you need assistance.

Smoke and toilet breaks will go on through the event as well as a long tea break for everyone to grab some food.
