Join us for a friendly get-together designed especially for parents and carers. This in-person session is a great chance to share experiences, swap tips, and find support in a relaxed setting. Whether you're navigating the ups and downs or just want to connect with others who have similar experiences, this is your space. Come along, meet new friends, and take a breather! One of our trained peer mentors will be there to guide the session as well as offer their own advice and support.
