Our free drop in wellbeing walks are available to all parent/carers with children accessing support through Leading Lights.
Soul Trail Wellbeing aim to improve wellbeing through:
- self care advice
- relaxation activities
- connection with nature
- a safe space to talk with others
What to expect:
- Walk will be approx 1 hour long at a leisurely pace in local area
- All fitness abilities can join but please let us know if you have any health issues
Please bring/wear:
- Comfortable clothes (preferably layers in case of weather change)
- Trainers
- Waterproofs
- Water
Let us know if you require any footwear or waterproofs as we may be able to provide some equipment free of charge (limited availability).
