About The Century Plus Crew
The Century Plus Crew was founded in October of 2020. It started when a group of like-minded individuals wanted to push their limits and challenge themselves to do longer miles on their bikes. Many of us started this cycling journey at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time there were so many uncertainties. Many people turned to cycling for physical and mental freedom. With the first ride taking place from Brooklyn, NY to Montauk, NY the Century Plus Crew was birthed 130+ miles later. We had no intentions of creating a cycling crew, but after the communion and bonds that were made, everyone stayed connected.
The Century Plus Crew Values are; Enhancing our community through organizing endurance cycling events, providing cycling education, fostering fellowship, and promoting overall wellness. Creating programs to transform the way cycling is introduced and portrayed,
especially in underserved neighborhoods.
