Morning Session: 7am – 9:30am, Drop-In session, no booking*
Day Sessions: Booking via Eventbrite required
10:30pm – 1pm
2:30pm – 5pm
Evening Session (Adult 18+ only): 6pm – 8pm, Drop-In session, no booking*
Evening sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesday. Thursday, Fridays only.
Vacate water time is 30 minutes after last entry.
*On busy days we reach capacity quickly and operate a managed queue.
Cancellations and Refunds
- No refunds are availble.
- Only Season Ticket holders can cancel a booking. They can cancel up to 24 hours before the event, via the Ticket.
- Tickets are not transferrable.
- Please ensure tickets are correct before making your purchase as errors identified after checkout are not eligible for refund.
- Refunds are not given for non-attendance at an event; if incorrect tickets are purchased; or for weather related breaks in service, except when we close the entire facility.
Tickets
- We release tickets on Mondays at 12pm for the following 7 days (Tuesday to Monday).
- Season Ticket holders must tap their wristbands on entry.
- Concession ticket holders and Carers** must present their proof of eligibility on entry.
- All swimmers and spectators must obtain a ticket.**Being a parent does not constitute being a Carer in itself.
Children
- Chridren 8+ years are welcome at the Lido without an adult.
- Adults must accompany babies and children under 8 years.
- When in the water, babies and children under 8 years must be supervised by an adult also in the water.
