Pathways to Start Programme
Overview
The Pathways to Start Programme is a fully funded, six-week online programme for people who are currently unemployed and living in Oxfordshire. Sessions take place every Thursday from 12pm – 2pm (12th February, 19th February, 26th February, 5th March, 12th March and 19th March), and participants are expected to attend all sessions.
You’ll be part of a small, welcoming group and take part in weekly online workshops with practical, hands-on activities. These sessions are designed to help you explore your ideas, build confidence, and better understand your strengths. No business experience is required – just curiosity and a willingness to get involved.
The programme is supportive, inclusive, and rooted in real life, helping you recognise your skills, grow in confidence, and feel more prepared for your next steps. If you’re feeling shut out of work or opportunities, this programme could be for you.
