- We will explore joyous movement with the amazing Bollywood dancer Ash Mukherjee of Bollyjoy*. Designed to get you out of your head and into your body!

noticing your senses without judgment. - Dedicated time for individual silent reflection and sensory exploration amidst the flowers, birdsong and majestic pond, to find inner calm and stillness, promoting psychological well-being.

Tracey Allport is a Women's health practitioner with over 3 decades of experience. She will guide you expertly through mindful activities that build a relationship with nature and creates meaningful connections, to rediscover a sense of belonging to yourself and the world around you.
We are privileged to have the amazingly talented Ash Mulherjee of Bollyjoy facilitating a Bollywood dance session. No experience is required, just a willingness to have some fun.
