Doing

  • A creative activity to instil purpose and joy without any expectations of the outcome.
  • We will explore joyous movement with the amazing Bollywood dancer Ash Mukherjee of Bollyjoy*. Designed to get you out of your head and into your body!


Being

  • Guided meditation and mindfulness practices,
    encouraging you to simply "be" present in the beauty of the garden,
    noticing your senses without judgment.
  • Dedicated time for individual silent reflection and sensory exploration amidst the flowers, birdsong and majestic pond, to find inner calm and stillness, promoting psychological well-being.


Becoming

  • Activities to encourage self-awareness, resilience, desires and transformation.
  • Opportunities to share personal insights for reflection, learning and self-discovery, in a relaxed and supportive environment.


Belonging

  • Time for connection with oneself and a supportive community of like-minded women, during group activities and circle time.
  • Sharing nutritious food and wonderful conversation to decompress, feel acceptance and a sense of belonging.

Tracey Allport is a Women's health practitioner with over 3 decades of experience. She will guide you expertly through mindful activities that build a relationship with nature and creates meaningful connections, to rediscover a sense of belonging to yourself and the world around you.

What activities can I expect?

We are privileged to have the amazingly talented Ash Mulherjee of Bollyjoy facilitating a Bollywood dance session. No experience is required, just a willingness to have some fun.
