Pause, Then Nourish

Pause, Then Nourish

Greenslate Community FarmBillinge, England
Saturday, Feb 28 from 10 am to 11:30 am GMT
Overview

A mindful walk and eating session for women who use food as their only pause and want a calmer way to meet their needs.

You are good at getting through things.

You push on when you are tired.
You stay switched on when your body wants a break.
You keep life moving.

And then, at the end of the day, food becomes the pause –
not because you are out of control, but because it is the first moment the pressure lifts.

Pause, then nourish is for women who recognise that pattern.

This session is a mindful walk followed by a mindful eating experience, designed to give you a real experience of slowing down before you reach for food.

During the session, you will:

  • Walk at a pace that does not demand anything from you
  • Notice how your body feels when it is not being rushed
  • Eat snacks and drink something warm without multitasking
  • See what changes when food is not the only break in your day

This is not about fixing your eating.
It is about learning what it feels like to meet your needs before you are running on empty.

The focus is on experience, not performance. There is no pressure to talk, share, or do this “right”.
