About this event

  • Event lasts 5 hours

Based in the Riverside room with views overlooking the wetlands and the estuary; we welcome you to join us for a day of slowness, sauntering and exploration.

Slow Saunters | Mindful photography | Meditation | Journalling

This is a day of slow....

We will saunter in the Nature reserve and soak in the atmosphere of this natural landscape.

We will have both guided meditations and moments of stillness enabling you to connect with yourself and your natural world.

Nature can teach us so much about ourselves, our flow and pace - it reflects within us and can open our awareness.

You will experience a mini mindful photography practice which can deepen our observations whilst cultivating a sense of curiosity.

Our Journalling today will be focussed on exploring our inner and outer landscapes and the insights that may have been reflected to us within the Nature Reserve and beyond.

This will be blend of outdoor work in the surrounding Nature Reserve and indoors.

A day for you - to gift yourself, nourish yourself and treat yourself.

£29

Limited to 8 spaces.
