Delivered in partnership with the Association of Bureau Managers and myonlinecoach.io, the Payroll Business Strategy & Development Programme is a structured, coaching-led experience for bureau owners who want to strengthen how their business operates and how it is valued.
Over 6–12 weeks, you will work on the core areas that directly impact the strength and sustainability of your business, including how you communicate your value, how you approach pricing, how consistently your service is delivered, and how you make decisions as a business owner.
This is not theoretical. Each session is designed to produce practical outputs you can apply immediately.
